The power of YouTube Shorts

So I dared to do something different this year. I mean why not. What is the worst thing that could happen?

I took courage, went ahead and started making YouTube shorts. It was a good idea to make it on a particular subject. I decided to create mini book reviews. But not just on any books. I have been picking book that are rare, book I enjoy, book I would love for other people to read.

I don't think it could do any harm. I mean if I am constantly taking books out of the library and being fascinated by them, why not share it with strangers?

Well so far so good. I have the advantage I can do these videos at my own pace. it is encouraging there is always plenty of material to take from.

I personally think I will continue to enjoy this. All I need is a bit of creativity around my outfit. Because I want to show my face and also use my voice. A real person talking about a book they have ACTUALLY read.

Long story short this little exercise will stimulate my creativity, therefore it will continue to bring moments of joy.

It will be something to share with my sister and my friends. So let's have fun in the process.

Just now I got and email about a book I need to pick up at the library by Lispector. Here I go...

Bjork

So every once in a while I decide to change the wallpaper on my phone. This might be quite a common practice. What I want to emphazice on is that this time around I decided to put a Bjork picture as my background. The cover of her album Post to be more precise.  So far I can say it has done wonders And I believe it was not a random decision, but a declaration of principal. She is my spirit animal. I am determined to channel her creative energy this 2026. I look at her face on my phone telling me to get going, to make it happen.
